Villa Boriglione "Le Serre" (XVIII sec)

The eighteenth-century Villa Boriglione rises in a park of approximately 35.000 mq, with secular and exotic trees. In 1913 the whole proprietorship was purchased by the film-producing firm "Photodrama Producing Company". In the park were built studios, laboratories and all the furnishings. In 1927 it was purchased by the City of Turin, which set up a school for gardners and public greenhouses, and then came yelded in free loan to the Municipality of Grugliasco. From 2000 "The Greenhouses" have become centre of a multidisciplinary cultural park, destined to entertain shows, events, reviews and laboratories devoted to figurative arts, cinema, theatre and music.
